We understand how frustrating it is to look for a place in an area where you are unfamiliar. So if you cannot find your ideal home in our inventory list, we also offer a House Finding Service or a Commercial Space Finding Service, in which, our main task would be to find you properties that will match exactly your specific requirements -- in terms of location, budget, space and market environment.

So if you're the type of person who does not want the hassle of property finding -- you can delegate it to us. 

Please note that in this case, you , as Client, will be paying our standard brokers fee.

OUR TASKS: 

​

a. You tell us through a call and our standard questionnaire/form what your exact requirements are. We will then level off expectations regarding your budget and requirements.  we shall house hunt/ or space hunt as soon as a MOA has been signed and applicable fees has been paid.

b. After a reasonable time, we will offer you a list of properties matching your requirement, and we shall then schedule  an ocular/ property viewing.

c. We shall assist with negotiating the lease and handle your Lessee requests, and make sure the Lessor follows through.

d. We shall document move in, and take photos of the property  and give you a soft copy to avoid security deposit disputes.

e. we shall make settling here in Naga as painless as possible and provide you with a list of reliable utilities providers - telephone, internet, cable, furniture suppliers and more.

OUR FEES

​

Our fees are based on a standard brokers fee of first month rent for a minimum of one year contract, or 5% of total contract price for a multiple year-contract.   However, an initial fee of P5,000 is paid upfront upon signing of the MOA, and the rest is payable upon signing of the lease contract.  Please understand that due to the nature of this work and current rental market situation, our minimum acceptance fee is P8000 and above.
