We offer basic Real Esate Brokerage service which helps you overcome the hassle of buying or selling a property. As your broker, we will exercise all diligence that your property will sell at the most reasonable price within a certain time frame that we will agree on.

OUR TASKS: 

​

a. Recommend a fair market value price so your property will move off the market at the quickest possible time.

b. Provide a basic property appraisal based on current values:  zonal, market value and property characteristics. 

c. Create marketing collaterals for your property for free -- in the form of write-ups, photo ads and online classified ads. 

d. As Buyer's agent, we will exercise due diligence and check if the property you are buying is being sold by a legit owner, has no hidden liens and no adverse claimants.

d. as Buyer's agent, we will make sure that all the requirements you want will fit the line-up we will present to you.

 

OUR FEES

We charge a standard broker's fee of 5% -- either as Seller's Broker or Buyer's Agent.
