As Lessor, you will have the following benefits:

 

a. We can farm out to you a constant STREAM OF PROSPECTIVE LESSEES which we shall pre-screen for you. Never worry about vacancies anymore.

 

b. We will do the negotiating and even provide you a Lease contract (if you don't have one), and our licensed real estate brokers will assure that your interests will be protected from abusive tenants.

 

c. Save you cost on advertising, since we shall advertise your property for free in our site and other online classifieds! We own the top slot for the search keywords "apartment for rent in Naga City". If you type it in google, our Ads are all in page 1!

 

d. We also handle free trippings to your property, so if you're out of town or unable to entertain a client, we will do it for you for free!

So how do we get paid?  We charge a standard 10% commission (of total contract price) for every successful booking for you! Or, first month rent for a minimum of one year contract.

e.g. P5,000/month x 6 months = 30,000   Commission rate: P3,000

         P5,000/month x 12 months = P60,000 Commission rate: P5,000

 

If we don't get you a client, you don't pay us.
