Property Management is specifically designed for absentee owners who wants to maximize the full income potential of their property but does not want the hassle of managing the day-to-day operations of their rental business. This is also applicable to single home owners who are abroad, and  want to make their houses self-liquidating by leasing it out.

OUR TASKS:

a. Maintain property in good condition by doing regular maintenance check up and repairs.

b. screen prospective tenants who will lease the property.

c. Settle on your behalf, property taxes, utility bills

d. attend to tenants' needs and complaints.

e. Collect monthly rentals and deposit payments to owners' account.

e. do a monthly financial report

f. Eject/replace abusive tenants.

 

OUR FEES

are based on your monthly gross income, starting from 20% or a minimum rate of P5,000/mo. whichever is higher.
